I wanted to write a note to thank you and all the crews of August Construction for your effort above and beyond the call of duty in helping to prepare my apartment so that I could celebrate the Passover holiday and have a Seder with my friends and family.

I moved into my new apartment about a week before the holiday and the extensive construction we were doing there was far from being finished. I know it was a pain for you to have to pull the crews, remove all the equipment, and set up a functional living room and dining room, and then, after the holiday, to move everything back. Nevertheless, everyone did what was necessary with a great deal of good will and courtesy. Thank you for helping to make my holiday so special.

I'd also like to add another note thanking you and the crew for the wonderful job you have all done overall in this apartment. Not only is the work excellent, but everyone has been unfailingly courteous and as neat as it is possible to be. I especially appreciate your sensitivity to pre-Shabbat cleanup. Thanks also for arranging for a cleanin crew every time I needed it, and for you being available by phone and in person for consultations throughout the job. I especially appreciate your honesty in making and keeping commitments.

I have renovated 4 or 5 apartments, and never have I been as happy with my contractor, especially this far along in the project, as I am with you and August Construction. Thanks for all the good work."
